Back to School after Christmas Break

As your Rocket heads back to School after the Holiday break, here are a couple of tips to follow:

• Eat breakfast
• Get plenty of rest
• Stay bundled up in the cold weather
• Review some of the December course work
• Take plenty of Vitamin C
• Wash your hands
• Don’t forget recess
